MEDACO-Middle
East/Africa Development Company, Inc.,
was incorporated in Delaware, U.S.A. in 1983. The company operates a
fully functional Regional Administration office through its subsidiary,
Medaco-Technologies and Trade S.A., based in Athens, Greece. Medaco
also has a registered representation office in Cairo, Egypt and an established
business network in Cyprus, Saudi Arabia and other countries of the
Middle East and Mediterranean.

enhance the energy, industrial and transportation infrastructure
of countries
within the Mediterranean and Middle East Region.
Medaco provides comprehensive business development,
marketing and strategic sales expertise to international companies (our
"Principals") and a range of project
management and field engineering services to ensure that projects
are successfully executed and supported.

marine and rail transportation. Within these markets, Medaco has experience
